When Gauri Devidayal switched from her career in finance to entrepreneurship to create The Table in 2011, she had no experience in the hospitality industry. In the decade since its inception, The Table, nestled in the quaint neighbourhood of Colaba in Mumbai, has become one of India’s most celebrated restaurants.
