Introducing ‘The Playing Field:’ a Female-Led Initiative for Women in the UAE

Born out of my own experiences as an entrepreneur, I am thrilled to introduce to you ‘The Playing Field’ — Re:Set’s new initiative to support women in leadership in the UAE.

The Playing Field is an innovative female-led club and brings together a diverse group of high-achieving women in the country. The club will support and empower female founders and women in leadership positions through collaboration, learning, opportunity and community events in a bid to #ReSetThePlayingField.

Members will have the opportunity to join mentorship programmes and foster relationships with like-minded individuals, as well as access exclusive workshops and opportunities to network with a diverse collective of women who are changing the dialogue every day. With a growing reach of over four million people, Re:Set’s platform will also feature members and amplify their professional journeys, which is an integral part of the club’s mission to provide a further narrative and support system to all women in the region.

The Playing Field is bolstered by ambassadors such as Rosemin Madhavji, Founder of RR&CO Luxury Advisory and well-known presenter; Dr. Caroline Faraj, VP and Editor-in-Chief of CNN Arabic, and Roshni Khemlani Mehta, Co-founder Izaak Azanei and Co-founder, Little IA.

They will champion and commence the conversation and together they bring immense experience, regionally and globally, that will guide and mentor their fellow peers and the wider community through the intricacies of being a female leader in the modern world.
