With the pandemic, we took to social media as an escape to share our new interests and hobbies and for constant news updates. But with rise in screen time, it has spurred an unhealthy obsession with our phones where we never really switch off. For those who work in social media, it has been even more difficult to truly give their minds a rest.
We asked Shakti Shetty, a content creator and copywriter, Priyanka Joshi, an artist, comedian and writer, and Adrija Bose, a digital media journalist, about how they avoid falling into comparison traps to stay true to themselves and how and if they take a social media detox when their lives revolve around the internet.
