Media industry veteran Raj Nayak was a founding member of Star TV, one of India’s first TV networks. In a career spanning three decades, he has led several Indian media conglomerates such as Viacom 18 to echelons of society.

He’s now an entrepreneur with his own company House of Cheer and he also recently launched India’s first happiness measurement tool called happyness.me.

Nayak joined us to reflect on what it takes to stand apart from the competition and the obstacles he’s had to overcome on his road to success in the first edition of ‘In Hindsight.’ In Hindsight is a series of video interviews where some of India’s most influential names across industries reflect on their journeys with Re:Set.
