Talking about therapy is not always easy but it can be necessary.

Going to therapy can feel like slowly untangling the knots inside your mind and finally being able to gain some clarity about your mental health. But even as the need for mental support starts to gain more understanding across generations, it is not always the easiest conversation to have with your family.
