Here are simple measures students can incorporate in their daily life to reduce stress and study more efficiently.

Exams are a stressful time and thousands of students around the world commit suicide in light of these. In developing countries like India, high pressure environments like engineering coaching classes have fueled a student suicide crises. In the United States of America, a study found that one in every five students has had suicidal thoughts. Suicide is also the second biggest cause of death for those between the ages of 10 and 24 worldwide.

Students go through stress due a multitude reasons, ranging from not disappointing parents, to fear of failure to competing with peers. To help manage their stress, we’ve created a guide with help from experts for reducing exam-induced stress. Interestingly, reducing this stress also increases a student’s productivity.
